St. Andrew's is an independent, tuition-free elementary school for children of economically challenged families from the Richmond metropolitan area.

   Admissions decisions are based upon application information, entrance testing, previous school records, personal interviews, and availability of openings.

   St. Andrew's School admits students of any race, color, religion, nationality, gender, and ethnic origin to all privileges, programs and activities at the school.    Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis and can be obtained by contacting the School Office.
