2025-2026 Admissions Timeline
This is the admissions process for families wishing to enroll for Fall 2025. Admission is rolling and dates are subject to change based on space and availability. Once an application is submitted online, families will receive notifications and track the status of their application using TADS. Note: Kindergarten applicants must be age 5 on or before September 30 of the enrollment year.

- Kindergarten Jumpstart
- New family meeting
August - October
- Rolling admissions for remaining openings
October - January
- Application for all grades becomes available on TADS
- Prospecting throughout the community
- Conducting school visits
- Prospective Family Day January 25th
- Priority deadline for applications February 3rd
- Kindergarten assessment day and caregiver interview February 7th and 14th
- Assessment and interview invitations sent out for grades 1-5; Admissions team review priority applicants
March
- Admission assessment and caregiver interviews grades 1-5
- Shadow day scheduled for grades 1-5 March 13th and 20th
- Extend offer to new K families March 27
- Extend offer for grades 1-5 March 27
April
- Enrollment commitments due April 30th
Completed applications received after the priority deadlines are subject to review only if openings remain after the first round. Your application is not considered complete if any documents are missing. See our How to Apply page for more information.
